Kenneth W. Garcia

Thank you for visiting my personal commissioner website. Below, you will find my past and current leadership experience, along with the names and descriptions of my most ambitious projects to date.

Leading Since 2022

Fighting for People, Freedom, and Democracy.

Class President

2022 – 2023

In his first year at West Valley Innovation Center, Kenneth ran for School President. Although he didn’t win, his passion for supporting classmates and staff stayed strong. The following year, he was elected Class President for his 7th-9th grade Computer Science class.

Class President

2023 – 2024

After a successful term as Class President, he moved to the 10th grade and joined the Computer Science class for grades 10-12. Though new to the class, he ran for Class President again. His past achievements and leadership earned him re-election by his classmates.

School President

2024 – 2025

After serving two consecutive terms to the Student Executive Board, he was encouraged by classmates to run for School President. Despite facing a well-known student, he remained determined and decided to engage in a strong campaign being the only candidate who campaigned class to class. At the end, his efforts paid off and he won for a third consecutive year, this time as School President.

City Commissioner

2025 – 2027

Having the experience of being the only student in his school’s history to win three consecutive terms, Kenneth wanted to achieve more and be involved with the community. For this reason, he applied for the Parks and Recreation Commission’s Youth Commissioner position. On May 6, 2025, Kenneth W. Garcia was appointed to the Parks and Recreation Commission at 16 years old, marking the beginning of his future political career.
